It is not an exeeptionafiy strong class field engaged in the King Country Steeplechase at Waikato. Taking a line through his easy win over the same fiistance on the first day Pirst Act looks like making it two on end at the meeting. Strongest opposition is like.y to come from Hazsoult, Flying Attack and Red Glare. At Awapuni the chance of Rondel'e repeating Egmont form in the Manawatu Hunt Cup Steeplechase and also making it two successive wins is considerably enhanGed by the absence of Gaiety, who is contesting a hack flat race. However, he will require to give of his best to hold off imnroving hunters in Imperial Crown, O.d Joe, and Jigaboo.
