LOXDON, May 26. The British Trades Union Congress ras made flnal arrangements for the ln ternational Trade Union- Congress bGeneva in June to lay the foundation* •of a new World Trade Union_Federa tion. The T.U.C. , named Mr ArthuDeakin and Mr Vincent Tewson as itdelegates. The T.U.C. refused to disclos to which' national trade union centro it ha,s sent invitations to the Genev: conference. It is known that both th-. ^eaUTJnited States labour movement.- — American Federation of Labour and Congress of Industrial Organisations — / will be represented.
