Received Thursdav 7 p.m. BRISBANE, May 26. Play began to-dav in the Australian bowls championships continuing over the next 15 davs. Tn sectional play, New Zealand rinks led by the following skips had wins: — Barro'w, Potter, Livingstone, Coltman, Hawkin, Rowe, and Maeey. Defeats were suffer"d by Sunde, Patton, Wilding, Ure, Thomas, Kay, Firth, and Edmonds, while Mackay had a draw.
