SAN JOSE, May 21. Costa Riean police last night arrested Hollis Clare 0'Han.lon, an American citizen, and placed him at the disposal of the Costa Riean Ministry. of Foreign Relations. O'Hanlon is wanted by tlie government of Panama which alieyes he v/as implieated in an attempt. to smuggle arms for a Coup d'etat aghin&t President Diaz.
