In a unanimous judgment tlie full Arhitration Court today refused to hear the claim liy the Australian Council rf Tiade T;nioii,s for an interim hasic wage rise of £2 a week. Acting Chief Judge Kelly said it would he "undesirable, impxacticahle and against the public interest ' ' at this stage to hear a claim for an interim award. The liearing oi the claim for a new hasic wage of £20 a week was. adjourned.
