Mr Holmes was dismissed in Deeem ber after the publication of the ffHolmes letter. " He was giver judsrment last week in his aetior as^ainst the three members of the Pub1i Service Commission which had annullec his appointment in the Pnblie Service. ''The judgment in my^favour was no' eo much a victory for me persona'h as for the Publie Service Assoeiatioi whitjh snpported me in eve.rv wai throughout," Mr. Holmes added. "I did not eare abont politics at all. Ai far as I can spe the whole ease ii firiished.
