WELLINGTON, May 18. New Zealand veterans of twcr wars 40 years apart, will sail together on Friday in the Sliaw Savill liner Mataroa when slie departs for London from Wellington. They are veterans of the South Afriean War and serving Air Eorce veterans of the la'st conflict. Bound for the South Afriean war jubilee eelebratlons in London, are six Boer War veterans from various parta of New Zealand, led by Mr. W. Milne, of Gore. Their Wellington representative is Mr. M. D. Wilson, of 46 Grafton Road, who sailed for South Afriea as a member of the 17th Contingent. Eight air crew m'embers of the R.N.Z.A.F. who inelude in their number veterans of the reeent war, will relieve the New Zealand air crews .who, for the past vear, have flown as part of the Berlin air lift. They will join No. 24 Commonwealth Squadron on arrival in Britaili.
