Excellent Programme at Evening Sessions. § _n HOROWHENUA " COUNTY COUNCIL jSJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Horowhenua County Council held on Wednesday, May 11, 1949, a resolution by way of Special Order as under, was passed: — Aufhorising the raising of a loan of £1050 nnder the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, for the purpose of redeeming at maturity the balance of a loan of £3300 borrowed for water supply purposes. Ci'.rrency of the Loan ten years. Interest 31 per centum per annum. Loan together with interest thereon to be repaid by equal aggregate half-yearly instalments extending over the currency of the Loan. Security for the Loan is a special rate of nine-sixteenths of a penny f9/16d) in the pound on the rateable value of all ihe rateable property in the Waimeha Township Water Supply Special Rating Area in the County of Horowhenua. A copy in full of the resolution is deposited at the Council Chambers, Bath Street, Levin, for public inspect-ion during office hours.
