Two youths were committed to a Borstal Institution by Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M., when they appeared in the ChiMren's Court recently, charged with breaking and entering the premises of Mr. A. S. Horn, Heatherlea, on May 1 and the unlawful conversion of a motor car in Wanganui on May 3.
