Received Saturday, 12,35 a,m. LONDON, May 13. £wo out of niue Londou boroughs in whieh electiofi results were deelared this moraing wiped out Labour control. The party gains and lossos were: Labour 3 and 74; Conservatives / 5 and 3. ^The Comniunists with t>b caudidates and the Liberals with 31 * failed to secure any success. A combiued analysis of Londcu and Provincial results showed the folloWing gaius and losses: Conservatives 6.26 and,2/, Labour 80 aud 598, Liberals .19 and 40, Independents 120 aud 178, Commuuists 0 and 2.
