Receved Thursday; 9.15 a.m. LONDON, May 11. ' The Roreign Secretary, Mr. Ernest Bevih, ^ said today that Bulgaria, Hunga-ry and Rumania had given unsatisfactory replies to notes scnt on April 2 charging them with having violated the humarl rights clause of their peace treaties. "The British Government is now considering, in conjunetion with the United States, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand Governments, what further actlon they wiil take," he said. "It seems to ihe that there is a stage developing wheh we may even be ealled comrades again." 9 The members of Parliament laughed derisively when a member asked, "In view of the fact that the Americans are busily and sensibly calling off the cold war, does not the Foreign, Minister think it would be better to stop this silly provoeation of Eastern European countries?"
