Reuter 's Ilaifa correspondent. Mr Stanley at once sent the following cable to Sir Hartley Shawcross: "Sir [Iartley, please inform the House a paraehute dropped me by mistake ovei Tel Aviv not over Warsaw. I am inviting you, as promised, to be mv guest in Tel Aviv with.no strings attachea, just. to show you the meaning of Zionism which you are against. " The cable was signed: "Stanley — J said Stanley." Mr. Stanley disappeared from Britaiii at the beginning of April after failing to make a dailv report to the police 1 under a British aliens order. A warrant for his arrest was issued when he failed to appear -at a bankruptcy hear ing two days later.
