MASTERTON, May 3. Mr. G. H. Mackley, M.P. for Wairarapa, has definhely decided not to contest the seat at the next election for oersonal and private reasons. He has adhered to this lecision despice strong representations cn the oart of Wairarapr Party organisations and his colleagues that he should again offer his lervices.
