South Africa Will Not Leave Commonwealth
LONDON, April 28. South Africa has no intention of ieaving the Commonwealth, her Premier, Dr. D. F. Malan, 'declared tn a recorded broadcast from Lonion today. She desired to maintain her Commonwealth associatior "'so long as there is no infringeaient of her rights — even her righl to become a republic," he said.
