CHRISTCHURCH, April 28. Further relaxation of the building eonrii;! regulations lias been approved by the Governinent and will tako offect from May 2. It is that anyone can now hnild a private dwelling of 1300 square feet t the house contains three genuine ooilrooms. At present r. home builder is lim■ted to 1150 sqtiare feet except where ho size of the family warrants the

The amendment means that locai siuthorities are empowered to grant pormits for permanent dwellings with 'ip to three bedrooms without ret'erence to the building controller.
