Spectator Ordered Out of Court
. While Mr. E. G. Qpie, eounsel for the triple murderer, Tume, was making his elosing address to tife jury- in the Supreme Court at iJalmerston North yesterday, a spectator in the publie section of the court made an audible remark which caused the presiding justice, Mr. Justice Hutchison, to stop proceedings and ask who had caused the interruption. The man was Graham Wilson, a • slieepf armer, of Hunterville, whose name had f eatured largely in the evi-
dence, particularly in regard to allegations that he was the father of the child expected by Mrs. Lillian Winiata at the ,time of lier murder. Wilson is married to a sister o'f Mrs. Winiata and was sdn-in-law of the other murdered woman, Mrs. Olive Hartley. When the judge asked the Registrai who had spoken Wilson came to his fect and said: "Do I have to sit here and iisten to my name being dragged in all the time?" His Houor: Put that man out of court. Detective-Sergeants J. G. Long and J. H. Alty went across the floor of the court and hustled Wilson out of the court building.
