At the annual meeting yesterday of the meat and wool section of the Manawatu provincial branch of Federated Farmers the following officers were elected: Chairman, Mr. T. M. Ryder; deputy chairman, Mr. J. Linklater, of Newbury: executive, ohe delegate from each branch; delegate . to Dominion Meat and Wool Council, Mr. Ryder; hill country delegate, Mr. W. J. Galloway, of Otaki; nominee for electoral college of Meat Board, Mr. Ryder.
