WELLINGTON, April 21., . A general plan of campaign was approved at the first meeting of the newly elected Dominion executive of the New Zealahd Business Protectiop Association, states a supplied report. Mr. Norbert G. It was announced that the Minister of Labour, Mr. McLagan, would be invited to attend a public meeting in Wellington and ' ' endeavour to explain the wide disparity between his statements in the press and facts obtained by the association from a Land Saies Committee. ' ' The statement added that steps were being taken to test the validity of actions taken under section 19 of tiie Tenancy Acfc and, in conjunction with other interested organisations, the position of returned servicemen was also being tested legally. The statement cited the case of a f'orced sale of a business by an exserviceman which, it said, presented ' 'most disturbing features."
