Russia Plans Big Stock And Production Increases

Received Wednesday, 10 a.m. MOSCOW, April 19. The Russian Government and Communist Party issued a joipt decree today sett'ing out the first steps in a new three-year plan for a vast increase in livestock and the production of food and raw materials. Training for those' working in cattle breeding will be improved , and work schools and institutes set ap for specialists. The new plan sets the target for 1951 as a 50 per cent. increase c/J meat, fats, milk, butter, eggs, leather, wool and other products on collective farms.
