American Warns Of German Outlook

Received Wednesday, 9.50 a.m. BERLIN, April 19. It would be foolish to think that the martial spirit had been knocked out of the Germans, said Dr. Alonzo Grace, head of the United States Military Government education division. In a special report in the Military Government information bulletin, he asserted that three years of reduction was too short a time to expect the Germans to drop their "preference for guns and military elory." •The educational reconstruction of CT-rmany is not a matter to leave uniil material reconstruction and . conomic recovery are no longer ijrobiems," he warned.
