He was: MERVYN PATJL STACHURSK1, aged 17, SOn of Mr. P. J. Stachurski, of Tawhiti Road, Nolantown, Hawera. Stachtlrski was eantering the horScwhen it stumbled- and threw him head first on to the rO'fifltvay. Hfe' was taken to hospital by ambulance but upOn arrival was found to be dead.
