GREYMOUTH WATERSIDERS FEAR SPLIT.
GREYMOUTH, April 13. The following resolution was passecl at the monthly stopwork meeting of the Greymouth watersiders: — "This branch protests against the action of the Minister of Labour in deregistering the Auckland Carpenters' Uhion and tne threat to register another union in its place, as in our opiqion. if the threat is carried out, a serious split in the pojitical and industrial movem^nts oi New Zealand will occur."
