Another of Warner Bros.' starstudded, tuneful and joyous technicolour musicals begms a local engagement at the Regent ""heatre on Saturday. It is "The Time, The Plqce And The Girr," starring the popu'a.r scr'een combination of Pennis Morgan and Jack Carson, ^pd, for plenty of romantic interest, Martha Vicfcers and Janis Eaige. The film "spins ah entettaihing story 'of a nigh't. clfib singer (Mprgan) and an orchestra leader (Carson), whose plans for opening a night club are1 temporarily stymied hy symphonic eonductor Ladislaus Cassel's (S. Z. Sakall's) stuffy nianager (played by Donald Woods): who feels that t'he noise emanating from "the club will gregtly disturb ■ the musical- genius.
