tieing with R. J. A. Williamson, of Cheltenham. The standard of 'shooting was high, considering the ! adverse weather conditions. In the shoot-off, Lumsden registered five, four and five to Williamson's four, four and five. At the conelusion of the competition, the president of the associa- 1 tion, Mr. R. E. Stuart, congratu-j lated the winners and presented Rifleman Lumsden with the cham- j pionship belt. I
