Bushman Killed by Falling Tree

ROTORUA, April 8. A bush foreman employed by tn€ Tutukau Sawmilling Company near Afokai, 55 miles from Rotorua, was* killed when a tree fell on him durmg fellitig yesterday. He was: JAME'H WILLIAM OLIVER, aged 50, widower, with one child. Mr. Oliver was working with two other men four miles from the mill. They had felled the tree but the upper branches becaine hung up and swung back, inflicting injuries from which aeeeased died almost instantly.
