Martial Law Proclaimed In Four More Burmese States
Received Friday, 10.26 a.m. RANGOON, April 7. President Sao Shwe Thaike today proclaimed martial law in the four Upper Burma districts of Mandalay, Kyankuse, Merktila and Myingyan. Mattial law is already m force in eight other Burma districts.
