Three More Candidates For Council Seats
_____ ~;.i • Three further candidates, Messrs. W. Seddon, F. Croot and L. V. Trass, were nominated this morning for the two vacant seats on the Levin feorough Council. With Mr. A. W. Parton's nomination yesterday there are now four contestants, necessitating the byelection. on ApriL 27. Mr. Trass has been nomi- " nated by Messrs. W. Crighton and A. A. Hanson. Messrs. Seddon and Croot are being sponsored by the Levin Ratepayers' Association. The former's nominators are Mrs. „ B. T. Bruce and Messrs. H. A. F. Rippin, F. Croot and H. E. Herring. Mr. Croot is nominated by Mrs. B. T. Bruce and Messrs. Rippin, Seddon and S. Ferrel.
