CHINESE PEACE MOVES
NANKING, April 4. Aecording to reports frp.m peiping the Chinese Communists have igreed to the proposal of the Naionalist peace delegations to issue a cease-fire order to the Communist armies along the Yangtse River line. Government and military authorities in Nanking, however, have denied the reports, and Reuter's correspondent says from Chinkiang that skirmishes have taken plaee today at all the north bank bridgeheads.
