Personal Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Ferguson, of Te Horo, have left for the South Islan'd on holiday. They anticipate ] being away for two weeks. i Mr: and Mrs. P. Culley, former \ residents of Te Horo, have left to j reside in Shannon, where Mr. Cul- ; ley has accepted a position. The death occurred at the Pal- j merston North Hospital on Thursday of Mr. Arthur William Switzer, : of Bell Street, Otaki, and late of : the Union Company. Deceased was a member of the 1st N.Z.E.F. Lands Classified Advertisements inserted by the Otaki River Protection Association and the Manawatu Catchment Board draw the attention of residents to the classification of lands likely to receive any benefit from work done in connection with the Otaki River control and drainage schemes. The list is open for inspection at the offl.ee of the Otaki Borough Council.
