: Received Friday, 10 a.m. . t VIENNA, March 31. The Austrian police are investigating the kidnapping by turee men in civiiian cio. hes of a welldressed middle-aged man near St Stephen'iS cathedrai. The yictim vwas seized anc dragged into a black car carrying RUssian number plates. As he wa bundled into the car, the mau cried: "Help! Tne Russians have gOu me."
