NEW PLYMOUTH, March 24. A 20-months-old chilcl was fonnd" tlrowiHHl in IS inehes of water in a trough on its parents'- farm at SmattRcail n ear New Plymouth today. He was Dcrek Charles Austin, son of Mr. and IMrsr II. G. Austin. The chihl haa been left to plav in the orchard but unexpectedly obtained aceess to the cowyard through the washhouse.
