Toy, 61 Selwyn Road, Epsom. I The medal is presented annually by ! the New Zealand Institute of f Architects for the best architectural | design . of the year. Mr. Toy is a I lecturer and instructor in design at j the Auckland University College, i but is at present on sabbatical leave I in England, where he is doing reI gearch work. The building, which | 'has two storeys, with three bed- £ rooms, a living room, a study and a £ kitchenette, was built for just under I £3000, Mr. Toy doing some of the ^ work himself.
