Sir Percivale Liesching returns to London today to deliver Dr. Malan 's decisior. to Mr. Attlee. South Africa 's part in the Common wealth defence scheme has already been diseussed by Dr. klalan and Si; Percivale Liesching, and since Communism is the Union 's potential enemy the Malan Government is unlikely tc object to joining any overall plan.
