'The third annual meeting of the Horowhenua College ' Old Boys Rugby Football Club was held at the college recently, when Mr. A. Haley presided over an attendance D'f some 25 members. In presenting his report, Mr. Haley paid tribute to the coach, Mr. F.. Juno, who had moulded the A team into a fine combination, culminating in its winning the third grade championship without loss. Although the B team had little s uc?ess, Mr. Haley said that a fine :pirit had prevailed and, despite their many reverses, the members of .this team had enjoyed their football. W, Juno; delegate to Horowhenua Rugby XJnion: Mr. F. W. Juno. As there was a likelihOod of a trip being arranged at Easter, it was decided to commenee training on March 24.
