Ameriean Army offieials at Augsburg state that tanks are being shipped from the United States to Germany to rearm the Ameriean troops, reports the Associated Press Augsburg correspondent.Thi§ follows the reorganisation of the United States constabulary from a highway and bOrder patrol unit to a combat unit. Th6 Army announeement said the constabulary was now "a streamlined tactical organisation eomposed of two. brigades, three armoured cavalry regiments, an artillery group and supporting units, with a total of 360 tanks, most of which were brought from the United States during the last six months, ' '
