Move To Reopen Anglo-Soviet Trade Parleys
Received Monday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, March 13. The President of the Board of Trade, Mr. Haro.d Wilson, has written to the Soviet Ambassador in London suggesting that trade negotiations -between Britoin and the Soviet should be reopened. Under the last Anglo-Russian Agreement, Britain obtained coarse grain and timber in. return for British machinery and other manufactured goods.
