Six 0'Clock Closing Retained By Large Majority
By the majority of more than three to one, Ihe people of the Dominion yesterday very definitely disclosed that the _ present elosing liour for hotel bars, namely 6 p.m., should remain in force. Tlie proposal for staggered hours with the doors finally elosed at 10 p.m., went down to the tune of 457,284 vot(es to 143,887. Details of the voting in the electorates, were as follow : —
