Mikoyan will retftin thejr posts as Deputy-Prime Ministers oi ihe Soviet L'nion. 1 Mr. Vyshinsky has been nominLv d as Foreign Minister and Mr. A. Menshikov, Deputy-Foreign Trade Minister, has been appomted Foreign Ti'ade Minister.
