Moscow radio has announeed tliat tlie Supreme Soviet Presidium has relieved Mr. Molotov of ins post as Foreign Minister ancj Mr. Mikoyan oi' the post oi Minister oi Foreign Trade, Tlie radio said Mr. Molotov and M r. Mikoyan will retftin thejr posts as Deputy-Prime Ministers oi ihe Soviet L'nion. 1 Mr. Vyshinsky has been nominLv d as Foreign Minister and Mr. A. Menshikov, Deputy-Foreign Trade Minister, has been appomted Foreign Ti'ade Minister.
