Unprecedented Result
Unprecedented in the history of the examination, the maximum of 100 per cent. was gaine'd by Mr. J. W. Gwynn in the written paper set by the Electrical Wiremen's Registration Board last September. The hoard of managers of the Wellington Technical College, at which Mr. Gwynn is a student, decided to send him a letter of congratulation.
