Low Scoring In Shooting At 300 Yards
The Levin Defence Rifle Club resumed competition shooting on Saturday, when the range was 300 yards. Although conditions were fair, the scoring was relatively low. Individual cards were: — F. R. McLeavey 45—40—85, P. L. Humphrey 41 — 43 — 84, P. R. Catley 45—39—84, S. C. AanenSen 45 — 37 — 82, W. D. Carle 40—41 — 81, S. L. Lumsden 41 — 39 — 80, F. J. Graham 43 — 36—79, J. F. Bryce 37—36—73, S. McLachlan 33—39—72 and K. W. McKenzie 34^-37—' 71. The Belt series will be continued next Saturday at 500 yards.
