. > AUCKLAND Feb. 22. The dispute between the growers and retailers ovef the fruit and vegetabie oontainer eharges ended today. Both parties have agreed to a tribunal to consider the iSsues which last Thursday caused the boyeott by retailers. N orui al marketing eonditions will be ob•serVed untih the tribunal reackqs its deeision. Last night the retailers suggested that, pending deliberations by a tribunal, t^he partieS halve the container eharges. k"he growers did not approve and went ahead- with "their plans for direct delivery by truck to the con-' sumers. Later the Ketailers' Federation notified that it was prepared to resume the payment of container cliarges pending the tribunal 's deeision. Acceptance of the afbitration proposal had been elegraphed earlier to the Prime Minister. An early reply witli the name of the tribunal chairman has been requested.
