Psychologists Study R.A.F. Morale
Received Tuesday, 7 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 22. Air, Ministry psychologists have betm earrying out a full-seale inquirv into the state of Royal Air Force moralo, says the Dailv Express. The report, which was ordered eight months ago following reports of a serious decline in efficiency and discipline in R.A.F. units, will be presented to Cabinet shortly. The recommendations are believed to include increases in pay allowances, iiyi provements in accommodation and an increase in the number of operationa, exercises. A team of psychologists interviewed hundreds of men to discover why they were " browned off" and asked wives of officers and men living in station quarters, their opinion of R.A.F. life.
