Cricket Film Tonight Cricketers of the district will assemble in the Horowhenua College hall, Levin, at 8 pan. tonight for the screening of the New Zealand crieket coaehing film. Accompanying it will be leetures. by Mr. C. Oliver, the Wellington coach, and Mr. M. F. Pengelly, of the Wellington Umpires' Association. The evening will be of considerable interest and benefit to players. Caledonian Sports. When congratulating the Horowhenua Pipe Band at the weekly athletic meeting on Monday night, the president of the Levin Athletic and Cycling Club, Mr. W. Ctibb, mentione'd that he would like to see the Scottish Society stage a Caledonian sports meeting. It was a nighlight in any district, with its dancing, piping, and athletic, field and cycling events. Mr. Cribb promised his club's full support if the gathering was organised.
