Monty Urges Preparedness
Received Tuesday, 10.15 a.m. ZURICH, Feb. 21. Field Marshal Montgomery said war is a oossibility for which a nation must be prepared. He added : "In the troubled world in which we live to be unprepared and unready places a high trump card in the hands of a potential enemy. Two essential cards to hold are national security and economie stability. Without them a nation is certain to have to sacrifice its nrinciples of independence and freedom and the traditional way of life, or face defeat in war."
