The chair man of the Danish. Foreign Affairs Committee, Mr. Julius Bonihalt, said he regretted that the possibilities of a Scandinavian Defence Pact nuist be .abandoned following Norway's dec.ision to go her own way and join the Atlantie Pact. Reuter 's Oslo correspondent says theXorwegian Labour Party Congress, after a speech by the Foreign Minister, Mr. Lange, provisi6nallv agreed that Norwav must try to solve her security problems in binding cooperation with the Western democracies. A Congress commuhique said the vote was a trial oue. The Jinal voting will talce plaee tomorrow.
