WELLINGTON, 'Feb. 18. No progress towards settittg up the proposed tribunal to deal with the carpenters' dispute over awafd conditions, was made to-day. A special meeting of members of the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Cp.rpenters' and Jointers' Union will be held on Wednesday evening whep a report on the dispute will be given by the nationai secretary, Mr. R. Stanley.
