Situation Over Eire Gets More Tense

BELFAST, Feb. 16. Some political circles here suggest that , Britain, New Zealand, Australia, a'nd Canada should withhold the fexchange of citizenship rights with "Eire until Eire ceases to be "openly hostile to UlstCr." v The feeling in Northern Ireland that Eire is apparently determined to force the issue of partition, is causing grave \concern to official quarters. Some ministers belieVe that unless anti-partition agitation is suspended, Eire may violate the border.'
