China's Prime Minister Sites .111 Health As Cause Received Wednesday, 12.15 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 15. China's Prime Minister, Dr. Sun Fo, has submitted his resignation to Mr. Li Sung Jen, the President, accordinig to an unconfirmed report current today. Dr. Sun Fo is said to ha.ve declared in a message to the President that high blood prpssure prevents,him from taking an active part in the Government work. Representatives of 71 TLegislative Yuan members in, Canton tonight, deeided to, telegraph other members of the badly divided Nationalis^ Parliament to come to Canton for a meeting. At the moment members of the Yuan are scattered over many parts of China and the question of whether the next meeting should be held at Nanki.ng' or Canton has become a contentious issue. The decision to call members to Canton was made following a meeting, called1 by Dr. Sun Fo and VicePresident, Wu Teh Chen, whereat Dr. Sun Fo expressed his desirabijity of maintaining a united front in the present situation.
