An Appreciation

A. L."

DOBSON,

Sir,— May I take this opportunity of publicly expressing my personal thanks for the manner in which Mr. E. J. Stanley, manager, and Mr. L. Abbott, housemaster, of the Boys' Training Centre, supportedi me, not only on Saturday, but at all times when I have been connected with vayious organisations in the town. This in no way reflects on the work of the various other helpers, who have ably supported me, but to know that "my boys" from the Training Centre are at my call at a moment's nsotice, has made for the smoother running .of;. these functions. Their help to all organisations, is a credit, not only to themselves, but an example to citizens generally of service before self. — I am. etc..

Secretary. • Levin, Feb. 14.
