DUNEDIN, Feb. 10. "That as the' disability of an amput.ee increases with advaneing age, this conference considers that the statutory disability pension for. war amputees at present in operation, is wrong in principle and should be amended and graded upwards, increasing by 5 per cent. at the age of 35 and every five years thereafter. In the case of double amputees, the maximum-per: centage to be paid in ali cases plus' the existing percentage at present -in operation for the loss of tlie other.
